Machine Tools Optical Linear Scale 3 M 0.0005 MM Resolution High Speed
Using a single large size illumination formed by independent designed optical lens, more balance and average brightness of the light source than normal LED illumination, ensures the stability of the high resolution status.
The single large size illumination eliminates the problem of the aging process out-sync of the 4 couples of LED groups, increase the reliability of the signal even after long time usage, largely reduce the cost of maintenance.
The receiving module is using 6 large size photodiodes integrated, ensures the consistency of the electronics parameters, offers high quality signal output, increase the anti-noise capability, locating accuracy and reacting speed.
Using high performance double shield cables, water proof and stable, suitable for long distance transmitting.
Using self-designed sinusoidal wave signal subdivision chip, pure hard ware processing, fast transmitting speed, the increment A/B signal output is up to 2.5MHZ.
Every linear scale product will be checked and tested strictly, offering accuracy testing reports, ensures high quality and traceability.
The slide movement using 5 high performance bearings, ensure the repeatability after long time used.
The scale frame is using aluminum alloy material and anodizing surface processing, ensures the stability even in harsh environment.
